Product availability is subject to change. We update our inventory regularly, but popular items may sell out quickly. We'll notify you immediately if an ordered item becomes unavailable.

Pricing

All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. The price you pay is the price displayed at the time of your order confirmation.

Non-Returnable Items

Return Process

1. Contact our customer service team
2. Receive return authorization and shipping label
3. Package item securely with original materials
4. Ship using provided prepaid label
5. Receive refund within 5-10 business days of our receipt

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchange Eligibility

We offer exchanges for size adjustments or different metal types within 15 days of delivery, subject to availability and the same conditions as our return policy.

Size Exchanges

• Available for rings and bracelets
• Must be within our standard size range
• One free size exchange per order
• Additional exchanges subject to sizing fees

Metal Type Exchanges

Exchange between available metal types (14K gold, 18K gold, platinum) may be possible depending on inventory. Price differences will be charged or refunded accordingly.

Exchange Process

4. New item ships once original is received and inspected

Warranty Coverage Percentage

Coverage varies by case and is determined at our discretion based on the specific circumstances, product age, and usage. Coverage may range from partial repair costs to full replacement value.

Warranty Claims

Design Process & Timeline

2. Design Development (1-2 weeks): Creation of detailed sketches, 3D renderings, and material specifications
3. Client Approval: Review and approval of final design, materials, and pricing
4. Deposit & Production Start: 50% non-refundable deposit required to begin production
5. Handcrafting (8-16 weeks): Master artisans create your unique piece using premium materials
6. Quality Assurance: Comprehensive inspection and final approval photos
7. Completion & Delivery: Final payment and insured shipping to your location

Deposits & Payment Terms

• Standard Timeline: 8-16 weeks depending on complexity and materials
• Rush Orders: May be accommodated for additional fee, subject to availability
• Holiday Deadlines: Special deadlines available with advance notice
• Progress Updates: Regular communication throughout the creation process

Materials & Specifications

• All materials clearly specified and agreed upon before production
• Only ethically sourced materials with certificates where applicable
• Natural variations in gemstones add to each piece's uniqueness
• Material substitutions require client approval and may affect pricing
• Client-provided stones or materials can be incorporated (subject to evaluation)

Design Changes & Revisions

• Up to 3 major design revisions included in initial quote
• Client approval required at key milestones before proceeding
• Changes after production begins may incur additional costs
• Major design changes may affect delivery timeline
• Final approval photos provided before shipping

File Uploads & References

• CAD files, images, and videos can be uploaded through our bespoke form
• All files stored securely and used solely for your order
• Reference materials help our designers understand your vision
• Original design files provided upon completion

Returns & Warranty

Intellectual Property Rights

• Original designs created by our team remain Grown Gem intellectual property
• Clients receive exclusive rights to their specific piece
• Client-provided designs or concepts remain client property
• We may showcase completed pieces in our portfolio unless requested otherwise
• Design concepts cannot be reproduced for other clients without permission

Types of Promotions

General Promotion Rules

Customer Photography Rights

When you share photos of your Grown Gem jewelry on social media or review platforms:

Professional Product Photography

For custom orders, we provide professional photos of your completed piece before shipping. These images are for your approval and records, and may be used for our portfolio with your permission.
