All Sales Are Final
Each GrownGem piece is crafted or assembled to order — your chosen setting, metal, and independently certified lab-grown diamond are brought together specifically for you. For this reason, all sales are final.
We'd much rather help you get it right the first time. Before you order, our team is happy to answer questions about sizing, diamond selection, metals, and styling — just reach out via our contact form or email support@growngem.com.
Discretionary Returns
While all sales are final, we understand that circumstances vary. On occasion, and at our sole discretion, we may accept a return on a case-by-case basis. To request consideration, email returns@growngem.com within seven (7) days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your request.
We reserve the right to decline any return request. Where a return is accepted, refunds may be issued in full or in part at our discretion following inspection of the item, and are posted to the original payment method — typically within 5–10 business days of our receipt. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
Condition Requirements
Any return we agree to accept must arrive in new condition. Items that do not meet these requirements may be refused or refunded only in part.
Required
- New, unworn, and undamaged condition
- Original packaging and box included
- All certificates and appraisals returned
- No resizing, engraving, or modification
Never Eligible
- Custom and bespoke designs
- Engraved or personalized pieces
- Items resized or altered after delivery
- Items showing wear or damage
Getting the Size Right
Because all sales are final, we strongly encourage confirming your ring size before ordering. Our size guide walks you through measuring at home, and our team is glad to help if you're between sizes. Resizing services may be available for a fee on select styles — eternity bands and certain settings cannot be resized. Contact us and we'll confirm what's possible for your piece.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days at support@growngem.com with photos of the item and packaging. We'll make it right with a repair, replacement, or refund at no cost to you.
