Try your piece at home. If it's not perfect, send it back within 30 days for a full refund — no restocking fees, no questions about taste.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. Returns initiated after the 30th day are accepted at our discretion and may be issued as store credit.

To start a return, email returns@growngem.com with your order number. We'll reply within one business day with a prepaid, fully insured FedEx return label.

What's Eligible

Returnable

  • Unworn jewelry in original condition
  • Original packaging and box included
  • All certificates and appraisals returned
  • No signs of wear, sizing, or modification
  • Loose lab-grown diamonds with seal intact

Non-Returnable

  • Custom-engraved or personalized pieces
  • Bespoke / made-to-order designs
  • Items resized after delivery
  • Damaged or altered jewelry
  • Final-sale items (clearly marked at checkout)

How to Return

    Email us. Send your order number and reason for return to returns@growngem.com.

    Receive your label. We'll send a prepaid, fully insured FedEx Priority Overnight label within one business day.
  3. 3
    Pack securely. Place all items, certificates, and original packaging into the original shipping box. Drop off at any FedEx location.
  4. 4
    Get refunded. Once we inspect the return (typically 2–3 business days after delivery), your refund posts to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges & Resizing

First resize is free within 60 days of delivery on most ring styles. Eternity bands and certain settings cannot be resized — we'll let you know during the return request.

For exchanges (different setting, metal, or stone), initiate a return for refund and place a new order. This keeps pricing transparent and avoids resize-vs-remake confusion.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days at support@growngem.com with photos of the item and packaging. We'll send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund — your choice.
