Processing Times

Processing happens before your package ships. Times depend on the type of order:

  • In-stock jewelry: 1–3 business days
  • Built-to-order rings (configurator): 5–7 business days
  • Loose lab-grown diamonds: 2–4 business days (sourced direct from Nivoda)
  • Bespoke / custom designs: 3–6 weeks (separate quote)
  • Engraving: Adds 2 business days

Orders placed after 1 PM ET begin processing the next business day.

Signature Required

Every order ships with adult signature required. FedEx will not leave your package unattended — this is for your protection and ours.

Discreet packaging: shipments arrive in a plain outer box with no "Grown Gem" or jewelry markings. Only the FedEx label is visible.

If you'll be away, you can redirect to a FedEx Hold location during checkout or via the FedEx tracking link after shipment.

Full Insurance

Every shipment is fully insured for its declared value, door to door, at no cost to you. If a package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, contact us at support@growngem.com and we'll file the claim and replace your order — you don't deal with the carrier.

International Shipping

We ship to most countries via FedEx International Priority. Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and declared value.

Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and are collected by FedEx or local customs upon arrival. We declare full retail value as required by law.

Some countries restrict the import of loose diamonds or jewelry above a certain value. If your destination has restrictions we're aware of, we'll reach out before shipping.

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with the FedEx tracking number. You can also view live status from your account orders page.
